Tetreault Citation details: Avis de décès - Obituary advice Text: Al married his wife Nancy on June 20, 1954. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in Korea, Camp Pendleton, & Kaneoke Marine Corps Air Station. After leaving the Corps he lived on Oahu and raised his family for 11 years. He was then transferred to So. Calif. for business in 1969. For the next 34 years he owned and operated Aldon Chrysler-Plymouth, Odds 'n Ends Sporting Goods, A-Team Sporting Goods & 'Switch Hitter' Hitting School...where many of his students went on to the major leagues. He was instrumental in building the Sunny Hills High School baseball diamond, a major supporter of Sunny Hills Boosters during the 1970's-80's. He sponsored and supported many teams. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy; his sons, Al, Mike, Tom & Greg, and their families and grandchildren. Obituary in Orange County Register, March 11, 2004. |
